Meat salad with kumquat Recipe

Essential ingredients

  • Arugula

    50 g (2½ cup)

  • Kumquat

    200 g

  • Chicken breast

    150 g

  • Orange

    100 g (1 pieces)

Ingredients to taste

Mustard, Balsamic vinegar, Olive oil, Sugar, Salt, Black pepper

How to make

Please follow the next steps:

    Salt and season the chicken / turkey filet just before frying. Fry on both sides in a heated pan with oil.

    Then cut the meat into small, thin pieces.

    Cut the kumquat into slices, removing the seeds-nucleoli.

    Sauce: squeeze the juice from half an orange, add sugar, balsamic, mustard and oil. Close the jar of sauce and shake well.

    In a cup, mix arugula, kumquat and filet pieces, pour over the sauce, salt and pepper.
